Founder + Partner

Reuben Berman

Reuben Berman is the founder of Entrada Partners and leads acquisitions, dispositions and financing of each property.

Before founding Entrada Partners, Reuben worked in the acquisitions and development group at Kor Realty Group, a Los Angeles based real estate firm focused on apartments, condominiums, boutique hotels and resorts. At Kor, Reuben led the acquisition and disposition of $330 million worth of multifamily properties. Prior to Kor, Reuben worked at AEW Capital Management, a real estate pension fund advisor with $57 billion of AUM. At AEW, Reuben worked with joint venture operating partners to acquire over $500 million of commercial real estate, sell a $615 million portfolio of office buildings to Arden Realty, negotiate debt facilities and underwrite numerous other investment opportunities. Prior to joining AEW, he worked at Wells Fargo Bank's Real Estate Group underwriting construction loans and borrowers for new real estate developments.

Reuben is a past President and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Haas Alumni Network, Los Angeles Chapter. He is a member of the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group's Endowment Circle, the Jewish Federation's Real Estate and Construction division and AIPAC. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife, son and daughter.

Justin Schuman

As a Principal of Entrada, Justin Schuman oversees all of the firm’s investor relations and asset management services.

Prior to Entrada, Justin was a Senior Vice President at JRK Residential Group, an apartment platform that owns and/or manages over 35,000 units nationwide. At JRK, Justin oversaw eight Regional Managers and was directly responsible for a portfolio of 11,700 units nationwide with annual revenues exceeding $85 million. His role included all facets of property management including revenue and expense optimization, multi-million dollar renovation programs, operations, accounting, human resources and training.

Prior to his work at JRK Residential Group, Justin was the Real Estate Investment Manager for Nazarian Enterprises, a high net-worth family office in Los Angeles. In that capacity, he invested over $100 million of equity over three years in all real estate asset classes. Additionally, he was responsible for the overall investment performance of $175 million of equity spread across 60 investments in hotels, apartments, condominiums, office, industrial and opportunity funds.

He was also previously employed with AIMCO (NYSE: AIV), the third largest multifamily owner / operator in the country with over 150,000 units under management. At AIMCO, Justin worked in the operations, finance and acquisitions/dispositions departments.

Justin currently lives in Brentwood with his wife and daughter.

Joshua Bar-Yadin

Joshua Bar-Yadin leads Entrada’s construction management and leasing and is on the investment committee for acquisitions and dispositions.

Joshua has managed construction projects to upgrade and/or reposition approximately 1.2 million square feet of commercial real estate projects throughout San Antonio, Austin and Dallas. He has also managed repositioning projects on approximately 850 apartment units.

Prior to partnering with Entrada, Joshua worked as a project manager with United Fashions, a regional retail chain and as a finance and operations supervisor with UPS, where he led a 170-person team and oversaw annual recoveries of more than $9 million.

 Joshua serves on the UTSA Alumni Association Board of Directors. He lives in San Antonio.

Controller

Robert Palmer

Robert serves as the Controller at Entrada Partners.  Robert is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of Entrada’s investments and the establishment and monitoring of accounting policies and procedures. 

Prior to joining Entrada, Robert spent over 20 years working for Kilroy Realty Corporation. He most recently held the positions of Senior Vice President, Operations and Vice President, Internal Reporting. Prior to Kilroy, Robert worked for Deloitte & Touche and was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant.

MANAGING DIRECTOR - Asset Management

Josh A. Hedderich

Josh Hedderich is the Managing Director - Asset Management at Entrada Partners. His key responsibilities include asset management, oversight of third-party property management and leasing, strategic business planning, and operations.

Over his 20-year career, Mr. Hedderich has been responsible for asset management of all product types across the United States. He has been involved in over $2 Billion worth of transaction activity, in capacities ranging from underwriting and due diligence, financing and closing, through business plan implementation and exit monetization. Mr. Hedderich has also held prior positions with Lexington Realty Trust, Parmenter Realty Partners, ORIX Real Estate Capital, Hudson Advisors, and Crow Holdings.

Mr. Hedderich is originally from Carmel, Indiana, and is a graduate of Indiana University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business with dual majors in Real Estate Finance and Operations Management. Mr. Hedderich is an active member of The Real Estate Council (“TREC”) and is a graduate of TREC’s Associate Leadership Council and Executive Leadership Programs.

Managing Director - Industrial Acquisitions

Britton Wells

Britton Wells joined Entrada Partners in January 2024 and serves as Managing Director of Industrial Acquisitions. In his role, Britton leads all industrial sourcing efforts in Texas on behalf of Entrada’s investment vehicles and will look to grow the acquisition team as part of a broader expansion effort into new target markets.

Prior to joining Entrada, Britton ran the Dallas office for Acram Group, where he was responsible for sourcing efforts across all product types in Texas and Colorado. Britton also spent nine years on the acquisition team at Invesco Real Estate sourcing across the United States for all product types. He has completed $4 billion in transaction volume in his thirteen-year career and brings with him an institutional and entrepreneurial background.

Britton is originally from Amarillo, Texas, and is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Masters in Commercial Real Estate. He is an active member of several local real estate groups including TREC and the Aggie Real Estate Network and serves on several boards. Britton lives with his wife and two sons in Southlake, Texas.

Managing Director - Multifamily Acquisitions

Michael DiSimone

Michael leads multifamily acquisitions and dispositions for Entrada Partners.

Michael has driven multifamily acquisitions and dispositions at several multifamily owner/operators prior to joining Entrada Partners. Preceding his role in acquisitions, Michael was a First Vice President at Institutional Property Advisors (NYSE: MMI) and served as one of three lead brokers on one of Southern California’s top institutional brokerage teams with experience covering the full spectrum of private party and institutional transactions. Prior to IPA, Michael was a Senior Vice President at JRK Property Holdings, one of the country’s largest multifamily owner/operators. At JRK, Michael oversaw a nationwide portfolio of market rate and tax credit assets and gained extensive experience in all facets of asset management and renovations. Prior to JRK, Michael was an Acquisitions Associate with D.R. Horton (NYSE: DHI) where he was responsible for acquiring unentitled land for future development.

Managing Director - Human Resources

Christian Foster

Christian Foster serves as the Managing Director of Human Resources at Entrada Partners. Her key responsibilities include oversight of talent acquisition, policy development, performance management systems, and employee retention strategies.

Christian's professional background includes experience establishing inaugural human resource departments within the real estate industry, as well as extensive foundations in talent acquisition and performance management. She utilizes her background to cultivate a positive and productive workplace aligned with company objectives.

Christian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Actively engaged in professional networks, she is a member of both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and DallasHR.

Managing Attorney

Perry Klauber

Perry Klauber is the head of the Legal Department at Entrada Partners, and oversees the Company’s legal matters, including drafting and negotiating the Company’s contracts for acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financings.

Perry’s career began in finance where he worked in investment banking and commercial underwriting prior to going to law school.  He first practiced law as a commercial real estate and corporate attorney in Arizona at premier law firms in his practice area.  There, his clients included some of the largest private real estate funds and publicly traded REITs in Arizona.  Thereafter, he moved to Dallas to practice at Winstead PC, where the majority of his client transactions were for Crow Holdings. 

At the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Perry was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship, Kevin M. Kane Memorial Book Scholarship, and he was a Pedrick Scholar.  Perry was a Staff Writer and Research Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal, where his article was published, and he earned multiple CALI awards for having the highest grade in his class. Prior to going in-house, Perry was honored in Arizona and Texas as a Southwest Super Lawyers Rising Star, Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star, and Best Lawyers Ones to Watch.  Perry also is a principal of a separate, privately held commercial real estate fund, which has accelerated his legal and business knowledge in commercial real estate, and enhanced his skills in his practice area.

Akash Panchal

Akash Panchal is Director - Asset Management at Entrada Partners and oversees asset management, leasing, and third-party property management for a portfolio of office/flex/industrial properties in the San Antonio metroplex. 

Prior to joining Entrada, Akash began his professional career at Stream Realty Partners in 2015. His responsibilities encompassed all aspects of 3rd party financial reporting, including reviewing & creating property operations reports, implementing operating budgets, and served as the point of contact for multiple institutional real estate clients.

Akash and his family live in Dallas.

Director – Asset Management

Will Daniell

Will Daniell joined Entrada Partners in May 2023 and serves as Director of Asset Management. In his role, Will manages Entrada’s office assets in San Antonio and creative office assets in the Dallas Design District.

Prior to joining Entrada, Will served as the Director of Acquisitions and Development in Dallas for Glenstar, where he sourced value-add office and industrial land acquisitions across the Southeast. Will also spent seven years on the asset management and capital markets team in Dallas for Piedmont Office Realty Trust (NYSE: PDM), covering multiple markets across the United States. He started his career in the research department at CBRE in 2013.

Will is originally from Dallas, Texas, where he attended Jesuit College Preparatory School and graduated from the University of Alabama in 2013. He is an active member of NAIOP, where he serves on the North Texas chapter’s board.

Director – Asset Management

Stephen Luik

Stephen Luik serves as Director of Asset Management in the Dallas office of Entrada Partners. His primary focus is on the management of industrial assets located in Texas. Prior to joining Entrada in 2024, Stephen was a Portfolio Manager at Sealy & Company where he oversaw 120 industrial assets across 15 states with a value just shy of $2 billion.

Prior to joining Sealy & Company, Stephen was at Crescent Real Estate where he held several positions including roles with Asset Management, Development, and Acquisitions. His last three years were spent heading up office and land acquisitions where he acquired several assets in DFW and Nashville ranging in value from $50mm to $150mm.

Prior to joining Crescent, Stephen was a Vice President in the Dallas office of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Capital Markets group where he worked on multiple asset classes including office, retail, industrial, hotels, and loan dispositions ranging in value from $5mm to $300mm on both a single investment and portfolio basis.

Stephen is an active member in ULI and has been a regular volunteer at Farmers Branch Animal Services for over 16 years.

Associate Director – Asset Management

Cody Johnson

Cody joined Entrada Partners in 2021 concentrating on acquisitions. In 2023 he joined Asset Management to help expand the team and is currently focused on stabilizing and maximizing the value of his portfolio, enhancing our reporting methods and mentoring younger associates, while assisting in select acquisition efforts. Throughout his career, Cody has developed comprehensive deal experience having worked in a wide range of deal structures, capital sources, and markets, and has successfully closed over $1.7 Billion in real estate transactions.

Most recently, Cody was a Senior Investment Analyst at High Street Logistics Properties in Dallas, Texas. In this role he focused on industrial investment opportunities serving opportunistic to value-add strategies through acquisitions and developments. Prior to this, Cody was a Debt & Equity Analyst at HFF (JLL) in Denver, Colorado, facilitating capital solutions across all product types.

Associate – Industrial Acquisitions

Parker Yates

Parker Yates serves as the lead underwriter for Entrada Partners’ industrial acquisitions. His key responsibilities include underwriting acquisition opportunities, investor reporting, and maintaining  Entrada’s portfolio-level valuations.  Parker joined Entrada Partners in July 2021 as an Asset Management Analyst. In his time with Entrada’s Asset Management team, he was instrumental in developing Entrada’s financial reporting and forecasting systems.

Prior to joining Entrada Partners, Parker began his career in Investment Sales for a national commercial real estate brokerage firm, concentrating on multi-tenant retail properties throughout DFW and Central Texas.

Parker is originally from Aledo, Texas and graduated from Baylor University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance.

SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Jacob Greenbaum

Jacob Greenbaum joined Entrada Partners in May 2023 and serves as a Senior Analyst of Asset Management. In his role, Jacob focuses on financial analysis, leasing, budgeting, and reporting efforts for existing investments.

Jacob started his career with JLL Valuation & Advisory Services in Kansas City where he focused on appraising all commercial property types. Prior to joining Entrada, Jacob was with Logistics Property Company in Dallas where he focused on underwriting and leasing of develop-to-core industrial assets. Jacob also held roles in Agency Loan Underwriting and Surveillance with NewPoint Real Estate Capital in their Plano office.

Jacob is a New Orleans native and a graduate of Millsaps College where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration and The University of Missouri-Kansas City where he obtained a MS in Entrepreneurial Real Estate. Jacob lives in the Oak Lawn neighborhood of Dallas.

FINANCIAL ANALYST

George Palles

George joined Entrada Partners as a Financial Analyst in March of 2023. He serves as a key asset management team member, excelling in financial analysis, budgeting, and creating financial models. Additionally, he assists the acquisition team with underwriting and due diligence.

Prior to Entrada, George was an Analyst at Reserve Capital Partners, where he was tasked with debt/equity sourcing and investor reporting.
