Reuben Berman is the founder of Entrada Partners and leads acquisitions, dispositions and financing of each property.
Before founding Entrada Partners, Reuben worked in the acquisitions and development group at Kor Realty Group, a Los Angeles based real estate firm focused on apartments, condominiums, boutique hotels and resorts. At Kor, Reuben led the acquisition and disposition of $330 million worth of multifamily properties. Prior to Kor, Reuben worked at AEW Capital Management, a real estate pension fund advisor with $57 billion of AUM. At AEW, Reuben worked with joint venture operating partners to acquire over $500 million of commercial real estate, sell a $615 million portfolio of office buildings to Arden Realty, negotiate debt facilities and underwrite numerous other investment opportunities. Prior to joining AEW, he worked at Wells Fargo Bank's Real Estate Group underwriting construction loans and borrowers for new real estate developments.
Reuben is a past President and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Haas Alumni Network, Los Angeles Chapter. He is a member of the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group's Endowment Circle, the Jewish Federation's Real Estate and Construction division and AIPAC. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife, son and daughter.

As a Principal of Entrada, Justin Schuman oversees all of the firm’s investor relations and asset management services.
Prior to Entrada, Justin was a Senior Vice President at JRK Residential Group, an apartment platform that owns and/or manages over 35,000 units nationwide. At JRK, Justin oversaw eight Regional Managers and was directly responsible for a portfolio of 11,700 units nationwide with annual revenues exceeding $85 million. His role included all facets of property management including revenue and expense optimization, multi-million dollar renovation programs, operations, accounting, human resources and training.
Prior to his work at JRK Residential Group, Justin was the Real Estate Investment Manager for Nazarian Enterprises, a high net-worth family office in Los Angeles. In that capacity, he invested over $100 million of equity over three years in all real estate asset classes. Additionally, he was responsible for the overall investment performance of $175 million of equity spread across 60 investments in hotels, apartments, condominiums, office, industrial and opportunity funds.
He was also previously employed with AIMCO (NYSE: AIV), the third largest multifamily owner / operator in the country with over 150,000 units under management. At AIMCO, Justin worked in the operations, finance and acquisitions/dispositions departments.
Justin currently lives Brentwood with his wife and daughter.

Joshua Bar-Yadin leads Entrada’s construction management and leasing and is on the investment committee for acquisitions and dispositions.
Joshua has managed construction projects to upgrade and/or reposition approximately 1.2 million square feet of commercial real estate projects throughout San Antonio, Austin and Dallas. He has also managed repositioning projects on approximately 850 apartment units.
Prior to partnering with Entrada, Joshua worked as a project manager with United Fashions, a regional retail chain and as a finance and operations supervisor with UPS, where he led a 170-person team and oversaw annual recoveries of more than $9 million.
Joshua serves on the UTSA Alumni Association Board of Directors. He lives in San Antonio.

Natalie Atun Greenberg is a Senior Vice President at Entrada Partners, where she is responsible for all acquisitions, due diligence and financing.
Before joining Entrada, Ms. Greenberg was a Director at Rexford Industrial (NYSE: REXR) in their acquisitions team, where she completed more than fifteen acquisitions and was responsible for all asset dispositions. Prior to Rexford, Natalie was a Senior Asset Manager at Colony Capital, where she managed a nationwide $140MM portfolio, comprised of 120 commercial real estate owned (REO) assets and nonperforming loans across all property types. She also spent time at Wells Fargo in their REO group, where she managed a nationwide portfolio of commercial REO assets and non-performing loans.
Previously Natalie held the position of Assistant Vice President at Lowe Enterprises, a leading national real estate developer, operator and manager. While at Lowe, Natalie worked in the finance group, and was responsible for closing over $800 million in aggregate loan transactions. Natalie began her career as an analyst in UBS Investment Bank’s Real Estate, Lodging & Leisure Group, where she focused on M&A transactions and private equity placements.
Natalie currently serves as President of the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, where she sits on the Industrial and Office Product Council. She lives in Santa Monica with her husband, daughter and two dogs.

Kendra Hinderland is a Senior Vice President at Entrada Partners. Her key responsibilities include asset management, oversight of third-party property management and leasing, strategic business planning, and operations.
Over her 30-year career, Ms. Hinderland has been responsible for the successful asset management of over 60 million of square feet of retail and mixed-use investment properties. Most recently, Ms. Hinderland was a Managing Director for Cypress Equities where she oversaw the property operations/asset management of a 15 million square foot national retail portfolio valued at $1.5 billion. Previously, Ms. Hinderland managed a retail portfolio spanning New Jersey to San Francisco for Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management and oversaw all property operations/asset management on RED Development’s 15 million square foot portfolio of lifestyle projects, power centers and mixed-use projects. Ms. Hinderland was an officer and executive leader at the Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs company, for 11 years. As Director of Retail Investments, she managed retail operations, asset management, and reporting for the retail platform on a 5 million square foot portfolio and performed underwriting on retail assets and portfolios across the country on behalf of various Goldman Sachs divisions.
Ms. Hinderland is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (“ICSC”) and has held numerous leadership roles including Texas State Director from 2012 – 2015, 2011 State Program Chair and 2010 Texas Convention Chair. She lives in Dallas with her family.
