Our history
2009
Entrada founded as an asset management company to turn around distressed assets during the Global Financial Crisis.
2010
Created a Property Management company to execute the turnaround of distressed apartments. The portfolio grew to encompass 6,000 units from Hawaii to Texas.
2011
Began acquiring defaulted loans on distressed multifamily properties in Texas.
2013
Acquired first distressed industrial property which led Entrada’s expansion into additional property types beyond multifamily.
2016
Shifted focus from buying apartments to buying industrial/flex properties. Exited the apartment Property Management business in order to focus more on acquisition and asset management of Entrada’s own portfolio.
2019
Created Forge Constructors to act as a General Contractor for the renovation of Entrada’s properties.
2021
Raised $33 million of equity for Fund I to acquire industrial and flex properties.
2022
Raised $60 million of equity for Fund II to continue the strategy of Fund I.
2025
Launched Entrada’s Industrial/Flex Net Asset Value Fund to as a perpetual life vehicle to hold our assets for the long term. Created a Property Management company for the oversight of Entrada’s industrial and flex properties to complete our vertical integration.
