About Abbey
Abbey Rowsey is Portfolio Manager at Entrada Partners, overseeing portfolio performance and advising on capital allocation and value-enhancing strategies. Prior to Entrada, she spent 11 years at Accesso Partners, most recently as Managing Director of Portfolio Management, overseeing a 15-million-square-foot office portfolio and serving on the Investment and Executive Committees. Her extensive transaction experience includes more than $1 billion in dispositions, joint-venture recapitalizations, refinancings, loan workouts, and equity raises. She began at Accesso in Asset Management, overseeing properties across seven U.S. markets. Before that, she spent eight years as a Leasing Agent with Cushman & Wakefield, leading leasing efforts for institutional clients. Abbey holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University.
