About Akash
Akash began his career in Big 4 accounting before transitioning to full-cycle real estate property accounting at Stream Realty Partners, where he managed monthly financial reporting for institutional assets. Driven by a passion for commercial real estate, he pursued his MBA in Finance & Real Estate at SMU and joined Entrada in 2019 as an associate on the asset management team. Since then, Akash has helped manage 41 assets, leading the execution of 17 business plans and the disposition of four assets—delivering strong returns to investors.
Akash lives in Dallas with his family. He’s an avid pickleball player, basketball fan, and fine-dining enthusiast—and a devoted Dallas Mavericks supporter.
