About Britney
Britney Schaeffer is a commercial real estate professional with 19 years of industry experience, 6 of those years dedicated to the Entrada Partners portfolio. In her role as Associate Director, she oversees 13 properties across San Antonio’s industrial and downtown markets. Known throughout the commercial real estate community for her knowledge and steady leadership, Britney has built strong relationships across every facet of the business, from tenants and vendors to fellow professionals across the industry.
Britney’s commitment to the commercial real estate runs deeper than her day-to-day responsibilities, she has been an involved member of BOMA San Antonio for over 15 years and San Antonio Association of Building Engineers for over 11 years. She has held leadership roles within both associations, pouring countless hours into volunteer work, community outreach, and continuing education. She currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer of BOMA San Antonio and is slated to be President of BOMA San Antonio in 2028. Britney has made it a point throughout her career to invest in those she works alongside, guiding and mentoring her colleagues to grow into their own leadership roles within the associations and the industry at large.
Outside of work, Britney enjoys live music concerts, spending time at her family’s ranch, and making memories with her husband and three boys.
