About Chantel
Chantel Stokes is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 15 years of experience overseeing property operations, facility management, and building performance. Her extensive background spans industrial, flex, office, and multi-site environments, with a proven focus on operational excellence, tenant relations, client and vendor service, and effective team leadership.
A native of New England, Chantel relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, in 2012 to launch a new facility management contract with Cushman & Wakefield for a major client with more than 120 locations nationwide. In that role, she managed a portfolio of 30 sites across the North and Southeast, coordinating facility operations and ensuring consistent service delivery across a geographically diverse portfolio.
Before joining Entrada Partners, Chantel oversaw a large industrial portfolio in the Atlanta market for Ares Management. She managed multiple buildings, strengthened tenant relationships, coordinated vendors, and supported efficient daily operations and property performance.
Throughout her career, Chantel has built a reputation for strong relationship management, operational leadership, and delivering high-quality service in complex commercial real estate environments.
Outside of her professional career, Chantel enjoys traveling, exploring cuisines from diverse cultures, and spending quality time with friends and family.
