David Martineau brings over 20 years of industry experience to Entrada Partners Management, where he serves as Lead Engineer across San Antonio’s industrial and downtown portfolios. A master electrician by trade, David combines deep technical expertise with a natural leadership presence that makes him an invaluable part of the engineering team.
David takes pride in developing the people around him, actively investing in the training and growth of his engineering team while making himself available wherever he is needed. His professional demeanor with tenants, vendors, and colleagues alike has earned him a strong reputation across the portfolio, and his involvement with SAABE reflects his broader commitment to the San Antonio commercial real estate community.
