About Eric

Eric Bland is a Director of Maintenance and Chief Engineer with more than 28 years of experience leading facilities operations and asset management for high-rise and low-rise commercial, government, and medical properties. He is recognized for driving reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance in 24/7, mission-critical environments while leading large, multi-shift engineering teams.

Eric brings deep expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex HVAC and infrastructure systems, including thermal water systems, heat exchangers, water treatment, and chilled water distribution. He has successfully led major capital projects in fully occupied facilities, developing detailed scopes of work that support accurate bidding and minimize tenant disruption. His experience spans properties across the western, southern, and eastern United States and includes oversight of the tallest building in Dallas, Texas.

Eric holds a Master Contractor HVAC license, an RHVAC degree, OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E certifications, and master’s and bachelor’s degrees in theology. He is currently pursuing his doctorate and remains committed to integrity, mentorship, and operational excellence.
