About Joshua
Joshua Bar-Yadin leads Entrada’s construction management and leasing and is on the investment committee for acquisitions and dispositions. Joshua has managed construction projects to upgrade and/or reposition approximately 4.9 million square feet of commercial real estate projects throughout San Antonio, Austin, Houston, and Dallas. He has also managed repositioning projects on approximately 850 apartment units. Prior to partnering with Entrada, Joshua worked as a project manager with United Fashions, a regional retail chain and as a finance and operations supervisor with UPS, where he led a 170-person team and oversaw annual recoveries of more than $9 million. Joshua earned a bachelor’s degree in business finance and marketing from The University of Texas at San Antonio and recently served on the University’s Alumni Association Board.
