About Kate
Kate Seabaugh oversees Investor Relations and fundraising at Entrada Partners. She has extensive experience in real estate investment, business development, financial and portfolio reporting, and research and strategy.
Prior to Entrada, Kate was a Senior Vice President at ElmTree Funds, where she sourced industrial build-to-suit opportunities and developed new tenant relationships with Fortune 500 occupiers. She also served as Regional Vice President at Link Logistics, a Blackstone company, overseeing financial reporting and performance for 120 million square feet of industrial assets across 14 major West Coast markets. In this role, she was also closely involved with Link’s business park operations and the analysis and integration of Blackstone’s acquisition of PS Business Parks. Earlier in her career, Kate held positions at John Burns Real Estate Consulting, PIMCO, and Wells Fargo.
Kate earned a Master of Financial Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut, where she was a Division I varsity volleyball student-athlete. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to exotic locations, and staying active outdoors.
