About Lorraine
Lorraine Winser joined Entrada Partners in 2026 as Director of Human Resources. She oversees the firm’s human resources function, including employee relations, recruiting, performance management, benefits, and employee development. Lorraine brings more than 14 years of experience across real estate, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and hospitality.
Prior to joining Entrada, Lorraine served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Klein Tools and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Westmount Realty Capital. During her time at Westmount, she also oversaw Marketing and IT. Her experience includes partnering with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational change, leading HR system implementations, and developing programs that improve employee retention and reduce operating costs.
