Matthew Mansoori is a Maintenance Technician with Entrada Partners, responsible for the day-to-day operations and long-term performance of a 9-building, 525,000 sq. ft. commercial portfolio in the Las Colinas submarket of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. He approaches each asset with an owner’s mindset — proactively managing preventive maintenance programs, overseeing vendor relationships, and providing operational support to active construction projects.
Matthew brings a diverse professional foundation that spans commercial real estate operations, landscape design and project management, and sales leadership — equipping him with a broad perspective on client service, team collaboration, and operational excellence. He holds an EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification and maintains hands-on expertise in HVAC systems, BMS/EMS controls, fire panel management, and facilities compliance.
