About Michael
Michael has been involved in various facets of real estate for over 20 years, including the acquisition, disposition, development, brokerage, and asset management of multifamily, student housing, LIHTC properties, and distressed debt.
Prior to his current role with Entrada Partners, Michael served as the Director of Acquisitions at MJW Investments, a First Vice President at Institutional Property Advisors/Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) and one of three lead brokers on one of Southern California’s top institutional brokerage teams with experience covering the spectrum of private party and institutional transactions, a Senior Vice President at JRK Property Holdings – overseeing a multi-state portfolio for one of the country’s largest multifamily owner/operators that at one point held over 40,000 units on a nationwide basis, and an Acquisitions Associate at D.R. Horton (NYSE: DHI) – America’s number one homebuilder by volume at the time – where he sourced unentitled land for future development.
