About Parker
Parker Yates is the Associate Director of Fund Management at Entrada Partners. He oversees the operations of the NAV Fund, including the financing and contribution of new assets, fund-level cash flow forecasting and investor distributions, and internal mark-to-market valuations across Entrada’s portfolio. Parker joined Entrada in July 2021 as an Asset Management Analyst before transitioning to the acquisitions team, where he was involved in the purchase of over $120 million of commercial real estate and distressed debt.
Prior to joining Entrada, Parker began his career in investment sales at a national commercial real estate brokerage firm, concentrating on multi-tenant retail properties.
Parker is originally from Aledo, Texas, and graduated from Baylor University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance.
