About Sandy
Sandy serves as Building Engineer at Entrada, and he was recently promoted in recognition of his contributions to the facility operations at One Alamo Center in San Antonio. With over two decades of experience, Sandy specializes in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems, with a strong focus on preventative maintenance, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. He is known for his hands-on technical expertise, proactive approach, and ability to support the day-to-day performance of the property.
In addition to his professional experience, Sandy is currently pursuing a degree in Applied Science to further advance his technical knowledge and continue growing within the field. He is committed to applying this continued education to enhance his performance and contribute to the long-term success of Entrada.
