About Shay
Shay Gokhale is Director of Asset Management at Entrada Partners, where he oversees the performance and business plans for the firm’s portfolio of industrial and flex industrial properties in the DFW market. Prior to joining Entrada, Shay built an extensive career spanning commercial real estate leadership, asset management, valuation, and structural engineering. Most recently, Shay served as Vice President of Asset Management at Billingsley Company for over 10 years. In this capacity, he directed the operational and financial performance of high-profile office and retail assets, spearheading major leasing initiatives, asset repositioning, and property management enhancements. Shay began his career as a structural engineer at a Dallas consulting firm, establishing a technical foundation before his passion for business strategy led him to earn his MBA. He then transitioned into financial advisory as a Valuation Associate at Deloitte, mastering complex financial modeling and institutional asset valuation. Shay is an active member of NAIOP. Outside of work, he is an avid tennis player and enjoys spending time in the Colorado mountains with his family. Shay lives in Dallas with his wife and two children.
