About Sid
Sid began his career as a Property Accountant at CAHEC Management, Inc. in Columbia, South Carolina, shortly after graduating from college. There he gained hands-on experience in full-cycle real estate accounting, with a focus on low-income Section 8 housing across a portfolio spanning the Southeast. He also developed a proficiency in rural development housing accounting. Sid holds a Bachelors in Accounting from the University of South Carolina.
Sid collaborates with the entire Property Management team at Entrada, assisting with financial analysis and reporting. Outside of work, Sid is an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling.
