About Veronica
Veronica “Ronni” Guevara brings nearly a decade of commercial real estate experience to her role at Entrada Partners Management, where she has been a valued member of the portfolio for close to six years. In 2026, Ronni stepped into overseeing her own industrial portfolio, a milestone that reflects exactly what she represents: what hard work, dedication, and a willingness to push beyond your comfort zone can make possible.
Ronni’s journey in commercial real estate began as a temporary administrative assistant, and through sheer commitment and drive, she has grown into the Property Manager she is today. She brings 10 years of extensive knowledge, a passionate spirit, and a genuine care for the people and properties she works with every day. Alongside her 2026 promotion, Ronni also stepped into a leadership role for the San Antonio Association of Building Engineers, carrying the torch from colleague Britney Schaeffer. An extremely active member of both SAABE and BOMA, Ronni invests her time in continuing education, community outreach, and volunteer work within both associations.
Outside of work, Ronni enjoys shopping, celebrating the Christmas season, arts and crafts, and running a leather goods business alongside her husband.
