About Vivian
Vivian Nguyen is an AP/AR Clerk at Entrada Partners, where she manages daily deposits, billing statements, invoice processing, and utility management, ensuring all data is accurately and timely entered into the accounting system. Prior to joining Entrada, she worked in Accounts Payable at The Hamilton Company, processing high volumes of invoices and managing corporate payables and utility accounts for residential and commercial properties. Vivian also collaborated with property managers and vendors to resolve discrepancies effectively.
Vivian holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and an Associate of Science in Accounting from Quincy College.
